These terms govern use of the public Reliabotix website. A pilot, product evaluation, or customer engagement is governed only by the separate written agreement for that engagement.

Informational website

The website describes a product direction and includes representative demonstration data. It is not an operational control interface, maintenance instruction, engineering approval, or substitute for approved site procedures, OEM documentation, lockout/tagout, or qualified technical judgment.

Ownership and permitted use

Reliabotix owns or licenses the website, branding, product presentation, and related materials. You may view the site to evaluate a potential business relationship. You may not copy, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the site or its materials to develop, train, benchmark, or market a competing product without written permission.

No license to Reliabotix software, methods, architecture, data models, integrations, roadmap, or other non-public materials is granted through this website.

No equipment control

The public demonstration does not connect to or control equipment. Any future use of Reliabotix remains subject to the applicable written agreement, approved data boundaries, site safety practices, and human verification.

Submissions

Do not submit confidential production data, credentials, export-controlled information, or personal information about others. An inquiry does not create a confidential relationship unless Reliabotix and your organization enter into a separate written confidentiality agreement.

Availability and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Reliabotix disclaims warranties relating to the website and is not liable for decisions made from demonstration content or public marketing materials.
