RELIABOTIX / INTEGRATIONS
Start with evidence. Scope the connection.
On-prem first. Local AI is a first-class option, cloud is optional, and the core workflow requires no cloud AI key. Qualify each data source before connecting a line.
A first review needs no live plant connection
Start with sanitized alarm exports, maintenance history, and approved manuals. Agree the asset scope, event mapping, timestamp quality, and access boundaries before adding read-only sources.
What we assess with your controls team
| Source or system | What must be confirmed |
|---|---|
| PLC and equipment records | Controller family, firmware, export format, available signals, and timestamp resolution. For example, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or CompactLogix environments require review of the actual source interface. |
| Historian, SCADA, or gateway | Approved export or read-only interface, sampling interval, clock alignment, quality flags, and missing-event behavior. |
| OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, or Modbus TCP | Protocol access is evaluated per site. Listing a protocol here does not claim a shipped or validated adapter. Any live connection requires an agreed scope and verification. |
| Manuals and maintenance records | Approved revisions, asset identity, verified closeouts, and who may view each source. |
First-fault depends on the source record
Review event time separately from arrival time, check clock quality, and retain gaps in the timeline. When the records cannot distinguish an initiating fault from cascading alarms, the result must remain insufficient evidence.
Plant-specific details stay private
Network layout, credentials, access rules, retention, local compute sizing, and deployment architecture are reviewed directly with your team. Do not send these through the public inquiry form.
We do not publish blanket Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Allen-Bradley compatibility claims. Confirm the controller, firmware, and source path in the written evaluation scope.
