RELIABOTIX

Knowledge that stays with your line.
Support for the next incident.

Reliabotix brings incident evidence, approved references, and verified fixes together for packaging maintenance and controls teams. Build a reusable equipment history across shifts, investigate new stops, and review recurring losses over time.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPLORE

Evidence, review, and follow-through.

01 / EVIDENCE

Inspect the source record

Follow six synthetic records with timestamps, source labels, and reported values. Missing logic and configuration remain explicit gaps.

02 / REVIEW

See a suggestion get corrected

Compare a recorded local AI model result with the saved review that challenges its causal claim. A suggestion stays open to correction.

03 / WORK

Track the next check

Explore assigning an owner, setting a due date, and recording the outcome of a follow-up task in the browser demo.

04 / INTAKE

Preview incoming evidence

Try a sample export mapping and inspect overlapping records before import. Practice with the provided synthetic data.

INSIDE THE SYNTHETIC DEMO

A start request. A waiting sequence. An unconfirmed cause.

Start requestTRUE
Sequence stateWAIT_START
Run commandFALSE

Reported states from a synthetic controller export.

The sample reports a start request without a recorded sequence transition during the supplied interval. The existing transition logic, command-source binding, and detailed event diagnostics were not supplied.

The saved review corrects the model’s overreach: unmet conditions or an incorrect binding are not independently established by these records. The exact cause and operational restoration remain unconfirmed.

The supported next step is to review the existing transition logic and binding through approved read-only engineering access. This example is not a technician certification or an equipment recovery procedure.

DEMO AND PILOT SCOPE

Know what you’re evaluating.

What does the public demo do?

The demo lets you explore an incident workspace using synthetic records and a recorded model result. Demo changes stay in browser memory and reset on reload. It does not run a new AI diagnosis, connect to a plant, or persist your work to a production incident database.

How does ongoing coverage begin?

Start with a defined line or asset group and representative incidents. Agree an evaluation and baseline, then scope the subscription for ongoing incident history, troubleshooting support, and reuse of verified resolutions. Data connections, support hours, and deployment requirements are confirmed for each site.

Does Reliabotix control equipment?

Reliabotix is designed for read-only maintenance support. It does not send equipment commands. Qualified personnel remain responsible for diagnosis, approved work, and verification. A generated explanation is a reviewable suggestion, not a verified repair.
